Dr. Oz's Tangerine Weight-Orade

     Summer is in full swing yet my diet plan keeps getting pushed off! ;) Recently, I came across a tea recipe that is supposed to increase your metabolism. A perfect refreshing drink for sipping your way to a perfect bikini bod! Here is the recipe for Weight-Orade as shared by Dr. Oz:

  • 8 cups of brewed green tea
  • 1 tangerine (or clementine) sliced
  • A handful of mint leaves



Steps:
  1. Brew the green tea as suggested on package. 
  2. Slice clementines & add to pitcher. (Squeeze some juice for extra zest!)
  3. Add about a handful of organic mint leaves.
  4. Let ingredients refrigerate overnight for best flavor.



Shhh! Our Tips: 
  • For a more citrus taste add 2-3 sliced Tangerines (or Clementines; they are just seedless tangerines!)
  • Refrigerate the tea overnight for an awesome enhanced flavor.
  • Shortcut: 1 Satchel of Starbucks' Tazo Iced Green Tea works perfectly!
