SWEAT 12 Week Challenge

     My job requires me to be in shape! I walk 7-10 miles/day, throw tires, roll water hoses & clean tracks. When we enjoy time off, as much as I want to be a couch potato, I have to stay active!! I’ve used several apps & DVDs throughout the winters to keep me moving. This year I’m trying the SWEAT 12 Week Challenge!
