Skinny Coffee Club 28 Day Program Review



     After enjoying a nice long winter break from work, I decided it was time to get back in shape. I figured “28 days to get back to my goal weight, that sounds short & sweet”! Skinny Coffee Club offers a 28 day program, drinking a cup of their coffee blend once a day. I’m a regular coffee drinker so I stuck to my normal hot coffee (black with sugar free syrup flavoring) in the morning. Then each afternoon for my snack/pick me up, I added a teaspoon of the instant coffee, 8-10 ounces of water & a few ice cubes to my shaker cup... shake away then pour over ice. It was like the perfect frothy, cold brew coffee! You can also drink it hot but for me the iced skinny coffee served as great ways to satiate my appetite & break my afternoon snack attack habit!



Along with drinking my Skinny Coffee for 28 days, I made some changes to my diet & added minimal fitness goals.

For diet: 
  1. No sugar
  2. No alcohol
  3. Little to no carbs
*For the last week I stopped being so strict as all the pretty summer cocktails that started popping up on instagram were too much temptation!*

For exercise, I made these simple goals:
  1. Close my move ring on my apple watch everyday
  2. Do my sit-up routine (approx. 150 reps of various ab exercises)
  3. Go for a nightly walk after dinner (only a quarter mile)
Seems simple but during winter lay-offs, I get LAZY! This was the perfect solution to get me back on track for walking 7-10 miles/day at work! 

My Results:
  1. Down 15 lbs.
  2. Down 8.75 inches (combined total lost from before/after thigh, arm, waist, stomach & hips measurements)
